Shipping Policy

Article selection at OLIVER WRIGHT:

 

Discover an irresistible item that you cannot resist! Choose your color and/or size and add it to your shopping cart by clicking 'Add to Cart'. Continue shopping and return to your shopping cart by clicking the 'shopping bag icon' at the top right. Note: Adding items to your shopping cart does not automatically mean they are reserved.

Completion of your Order:

When you have finished shopping, click on the 'shopping bag icon' at the top right to go to your items. On the check-out page, you can adjust the quantities and then click 'Proceed to payment'. On this page you can easily fill in all your information in one place.

Important: After completing your order, changes are no longer possible. Your order is processed immediately to deliver it as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs:

We pay the shipping costs for any orders over £40, which means that you do not pay shipping costs on anything that you order over a total of £40* Please note that the costs of returning an item are at your expense.

Tracking of Delivery with Track & Trace:

Yes, all your items are sent with Track & Trace. You will receive an email with a link to the order status page as soon as your order has been shipped. It may take some time before the Track & Trace status is available.

Delivery times:

We strive for fast delivery. We aim to post all items out within 1/2 business days.

Absence at Delivery:

 

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your package will be ready for 7 days at a collection point. You will receive a message from the driver, including the pick-up location. After these 7 days, the package is returned to our warehouse.

Incorrect address:

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. Contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect delivery address.

Lost or Stolen Package:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Let us know if your Track & Trace shows that the package has been delivered but you haven't received it. After 14 days, an investigation will be started, which we will keep you updated on until the end of the investigation.
